In addition to the school parks, Garden City also has the Heather Dolphin Neighbourhood Park. It has a basketball court and a playground. For those of you who love baseball, the Palmer Baseball complex is conveniently located in this neighbourhood.

Although one of our favourite shops to visit for our favourite baked goods is Garden City Bakery, between Garden City Shopping Centre, Blundell Plaza and the complex at Francis Road and No.3 there are a number of different shopping options within the Garden City, Richmond. For fruits and vegetable we typically visit Success Supermaket. However, other options include:
